GA Fire are looking for a talented individual to join our Team You will be responsible for completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner, following GA Fire practices and procedures. You will play a major role in providing excellent service to our clients.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones
Generating reports, quotes and dispatching
Procurement and coordination of parts and resources
Answering customer queries via phone and email responding within a timely manner
Main Duties / Responsibilities
Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding service delivery outcomes
Ensure service response KPI's are achieved
Document preparation including preparation of reports and quotes
Raising purchase orders and verifying receipt of materials
Invoicing
Preparation and distribution of meeting minutes
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, printing
Work closely with the Routine Service Coordinator to ensure the Service department is running smoothly.
Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Service Manager
