We are seeking a professional, well-presented individual to attend site quoting appointments on our behalf. This is a casual field-based contract role, perfect for someone who is confident speaking with clients and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled quoting appointments (residential & commercial)
  • Walk through sites with clients and assess scope of work
  • Take clear notes, measurements, and photos using our checklist
  • Submit reports back to head office via email or app
  • Represent SJV Cleaning with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Well-groomed and professional presentation
  • Ability to read social cues and engage clients confidently
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's licence (required)
  • Smartphone with camera and data access
  • Experience in quoting, inspections, cleaning, sales, or property is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely

Role Details:

  • Casual subcontractor role
  • ~$300 flat rate per day (based on ~6 hours of quoting)
  • Typically 1 day per week (subject to appointment demand)
  • Flexible weekday – to be coordinated with you in advance
  • All templates, checklists, and training provided remotely
  • Potential for increased work volume as Melbourne presence expands
