About the Centre

Our Sunkids Sunnybank Hills centres cater for 91 children aged 6 weeks to school aged.
Each centre features modern, fully serviced learning rooms, thoughtfully designed to inspire growth, creativity, and belonging across every age group.

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, organised and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to support our families and Centre Manager at our Sunnybank Hills location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Work across both centres (with a travel allowance provided)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build welcoming relationships with families
  • Support families with enrolments, enquiries, and Child Care Subsidy information
  • Assist Centre Managers with administrative tasks and parent communications
  • Conduct tours for prospective families and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Manage your time effectively while balancing competing priorities

What You'll Bring

  • Current Paid Blue Card
  • Experience with QikKids (essential) and familiarity with Child Care Subsidy processes
  • Previous experience in a childcare or education setting (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A friendly, professional manner and genuine passion for supporting families
