Located in the fast-growing suburb of Pallara, our privately-owned, purpose-built centre, operating between 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, is home to a warm and dedicated team that values connection, consistency and care. We're all about quality early education and creating a space where children – and educators – thrive.

About the Role:

We have a permanent Lead Educator position available for immediate start. In this role, you'll lead your room with confidence and care, build strong partnerships with families, and collaborate with our team to deliver fun, engaging and meaningful programs each day.

You'll Need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
  • Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain within 1 month)
  • Valid Blue Card
  • Child Protection training (as per National Law requirements)
  • Availability to work 5 days per week on a rotating roster, including open and close shifts
