About the role

Xtreme Services Group is seeking experienced Security Officer to join our team on a casual basis at Ballina, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company that provides high-quality security solutions to a range of clients.

  • Immediate Start
  • Gatehouse, Monitoring and Patrolling positions

What you'll be doing

  • Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
  • Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely manner
  • Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractors
  • Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and vigilant approach to security
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
