About Us:

Fortitude Protective Services is a trusted security provider dedicated to delivering professional, reliable, and customer-focused protective services across Sydney. We are currently seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our corporate team.

Position:

  • Rovers & Controllers
  • Casual and ongoing shifts available
  • Immediate start for the right candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor corporate sites to ensure safety and security
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Incident response and reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
  • Maintain a high level of professional presentation at all times

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Must be able to work on a rotating roster, which may include weekends and night shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and well-presented
  • Previous corporate security experience (preferred but not essential)
