Alchemy Cycle Trader is a unique business, buying and selling new and used performance bikes, E-bikes and accessories. We only want the best, including our team and our goal is to grow our business and our people.

Right now, we're on the lookout for a switched-on, detail-loving admin all-rounder to help us stay on top of the important stuff behind the scenes. You'll be working closely with our Store Manager to keep the wheels turning, handling reports, managing payroll, reconciling supplier accounts, and basically making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We know the value of good people and will financially reward reliability, initiative, and attention to detail with a rate that reflects the responsibility you'll be taking on.

What You'll Do:

  • Process weekly payroll and super in Xero
  • Track financials and supplier balances
  • Reconcile accounts and prioritise payments
  • Maintain and report key weekly financial metrics
  • Keep our backend humming - from invoices to cash flow
  • Support the Store Manager by helping take tasks off his plate and keeping him organised

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Xero and/or POS systems
  • Confidence using spreadsheets and handling numbers
