We're at an exciting stage and are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to partner directly with our Founder & CEO. What You'll Do

As the CEO's trusted partner, you'll provide seamless, proactive, and strategic support. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll be empowered to anticipate needs, turning ambiguity into actionable plans, and act as a true extension of the CEO. You'll:

  • Own complex and dynamic calendar management, coordinating high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and investor relations, including board materials, presentations, and capital raise activities.
  • Organise international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries with support third party support.
  • Manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox, ensuring critical communications are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate events and content creation, from internal leadership offsites to large-scale stakeholder and investor engagements.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including expense management, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive special projects and process improvements that help streamline operations and maximise the CEO's time.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an EA looking to make an impact, who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and brings exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you have:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a scaling startup, venture-backed company, or similarly dynamic environment.
  • 3+ years' experience in high-level EA roles (Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in calendar management, travel planning, and event coordination, with a knack for handling complexity.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive communications and relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise messaging and presentations.
  • Tech-savviness, proficient with Microsoft Suite, task management tools, and presentation software.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
