Specialist, Ad Operations

The Ads & Promo team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will support the management of promotional and advertising activities for our restaurant partners, CPGs and new verticals.
About the RoleThis role ensures that merchant-supported campaigns are executed with precision, aligned to product objectives, and delivered on time. Working closely with cross-functional partners—you'll translate campaign briefs into structured, scalable builds. You'll manage the nuances of our merchant campaign menu, troubleshoot setup challenges, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. You will report into the Associate Manager on our ANZ Ad Operations team.

- You have 1+ of experience in a campaign operations, marketing ops, or executional role—ideally in tech, ecommerce, advertising, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in getting the build right the first time—accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance excellence are part of your DNA.
- You're process-oriented and comfortable working with structured workflows, intake forms, and build documentation—and you're always thinking about how to make things more efficient.
- You're exceptionally organized and able to operate in a complex and changing workplace with accuracy and speed
