Fund Operations Specialist

The Fund Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a broad middle office role.
Key responsibilities include managing fund administration and operations tasks, ensuring timely information dissemination to clients regarding their fund's investment performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all daily operations related to fund management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on performance, valuation, and regulatory compliance.
- Effectively manage the investor base, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statement issuance.
- Ensure all investment documentation meets high audit scrutiny standards.
- Compile regular and ad-hoc Board reports on financial status and performance metrics.
- Process distribution payments, calculate management fees, and perform performance fee calculations.
- Guarantee strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in a similar fund operations or middle office role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding time management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
