As our new Senior Paid Media Specialist, you'll step into a pivotal role leading paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond – delivering real results for clients and mentoring a growing team of paid media talent.

What You'll Do:

Own the strategy & execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. Work alongside the Strategy Director and performance team to translate client goals into high-performing media plans. Optimise relentlessly: Monitor, analyse and fine-tune campaigns for performance, ROI and growth. Lead & mentor: Develop the social media department and contribute to shaping team structure and culture as we scale. Collaborate with our creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure media and message are always in sync. Keep us ahead of the curve, bringing new tools, trends and ideas into the mix.

About You:

3–5+ years in a dedicated paid media role, preferably within an agency environment.

Advanced skills in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

Confident in analysing performance metrics and using data to tell compelling stories.

Strong communicator with experience presenting to clients and working cross-functionally.

A proactive leader with a passion for innovation, improvement and mentoring others.
