We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are customer centric and love delivering fun, engaging experiences.
  • Enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Thrive in a team and take pride in hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Have a can-do attitude and a love for pop culture, collectibles and art toys

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Sales Associate duties while acting as a role model for newer staff.
  • Take a leadership role in assisting with training and onboarding new team members.
  • Drive sales performance by actively engaging customers and promoting new arrivals and in store promotions.
  • Help monitor stock levels and report issues to supervisors or managers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring store displays align with brand standards.
  • Support store supervisors/managers in handling customer complaints and complex service issues.
  • Contribute ideas for improving store sales, promotions and customer engagement.
