The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Flagship Store Manager to lead our prestigious Westfield Sydney boutique.

As the face of Ferragamo, you will embody our values of sophistication and excellence—guiding your team to deliver a client experience that is both personal and unforgettable.

This is an opportunity to curate luxury every day—to share our history, craftsmanship, and vision with a discerning clientele.


Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the flagship boutique.
  • Drive sales results through exceptional client engagement and team motivation.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of passion and accountability.
  • Ensure operational excellence, accuracy in reporting, and alignment with company standards.
  • Cultivate long-lasting client relationships, sharing the Ferragamo story through refined service and storytelling.

About You
  • Minimum 5 years' management experience in luxury or premium retail.
  • Must have managed a team of 5-8 people in a retail management capacity.
  • Proven ability to deliver strong sales results and inspire performance.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury client journey and the art of storytelling in service.
  • Elegant communication style with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.
