We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are customer centric and love delivering fun, engaging experiences.

  • Thrive in a team and take pride in hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Have a can-do attitude and a love for pop culture, collectibles and art toys

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a fun, authentic way
  • Share brand stories and product features to help customers find their favourite characters and collectibles
  • Upsell and cross-sell to support sales goals and store performance
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and replenishment
  • Follow company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
  • Support with stock handling (receiving, restocking, and inventory counts)

  • Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
  • Strong team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset.
