You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of a highly trained and experienced Leadership Team and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team
- Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
- Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
- Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
- Ensure clear customer documentation
- Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
- Actively participate in staff supervision process
- Participate in student placements
- Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements

- Ideally you would have 5+ years of experience as a Therapist
- Experience in supporting and mentoring others
- Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- Current professional membership with SPA or AHPRA
- Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
