Are you an experienced tour guide looking to up your game by hosting more sophisticated clients? Are you keen to move into the private tour market with more flexibility in your life?

Put your excellent hosting and communications skills to the test in our luxury Mercedes vehicle. We are seeking a tour guide who has a minimum of 12 months of experience touring Tasmania with good knowledge of key destinations including (but not limited to) Hobart, Port Arthur, Freycinet and Bruny Island.

As a private tour operator offering deluxe travel experiences within Tasmania, we run guided tours to popular tourist and some off the beat destinations, providing exceptional service and a personalised experience to our clients. With an office-based support network based in Melbourne, you will be provided with everything you need to ensure our clients have a fantastic tour.

What is required:

  • Interacting with clients in a relaxed and intimate manner, understanding and catering to their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert commentary, sharing interesting facts, stories and insights about the destinations visited and engaging clients in a meaningful and informative way.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds in a relaxed and intimate manner.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional experiences to upmarket clientele.
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position.
