LOLAS Darby St is growing, and we're looking for two talented chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team:

  • Breakfast Chef Bring the vibes, we bring the coffee
  • Evening Chef Elevate our nights with flavour and flair

Both roles offer flexibility, full-time or part-time — and the chance to work with a passionate, food-loving crew


What You'll Be Doing
  • Work closely with our Head Chef on menu planning, recipe creation, and food cost control
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team for seamless service
  • Bring ideas, energy, and pride to everything we plate up

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar fast-paced role
  • Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) about food, flavour, and exceptional service
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Bonus points: Baking skills or a keen interest in baking for our breakfast role
