What your day will look like….

You'll be the go-to expert for all things staff accommodation—balancing operational oversight with genuine care for the people you support. Whether you're inspecting properties, coordinating maintenance, liaising with real estate partners, or advising leadership on budget forecasts and occupancy strategies, your work will directly influence the wellbeing and satisfaction of our hospital workforce. You'll navigate complex enquiries, ensure compliance, and continuously improve resources and systems to keep everything running smoothly. Every interaction, every decision, every detail you manage contributes to a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and ready to thrive.
