Westmore Seafoods, established 40 years is a trusted producer of high-quality seafood. As a locally owned & operated family business we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, sustainably sourced products with exceptional service. Our administration team is a key link between the day-to-day vessel operations and our national customer base. Situated in North Coogee, our head office is looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator for an immediate start to join our team in the office & support the day-to-day operations.

The Role:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with a variety of administrative tasks, customer communication, product invoicing, and general office support. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, small team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries

· Processing sales orders and updating inventory records

· Preparing invoices and managing basic bookkeeping tasks

· Assisting with third party communication and documentation

· Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

· General office duties to support smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

· Previous experience in office administration

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Myob experience preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook experience (with High level Excel use)

· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

· Someone with a sense of humour that can work well under pressure

· Experience in the seafood industry is a bonus, but not required

Working Hours:

Flexible part-time hours – ideally spread across 3-5 weekdays. All work is to be conducted onsite at our North Coogee office.
