About the Opportunity

Are you looking to develop your career in a supportive, team-based environment?

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team located in North Coogee.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This role involves promptly and professionally addressing sales and service inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks. You will also process customer orders efficiently while maintaining accurate and well-organised records.

About You

  • Experience in B2B customer service and sales administration is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
