The Role
  • Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services
  • Build trust and help clients make confident financial decisions
  • Learn about markets and investing through daily mentoring and coaching
  • Work towards clear targets and be rewarded for performance
What We're Looking For
  • At least 12 months of sales experience in retail, B2B, or phone sales environments
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilience and a team-first mindset
  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full work rights
