Who We're Looking For

We're searching for experienced 360 consultants who can drive their own success.

You will have:

  • Recruitment experience (white-collar and/or trades).
  • Strong sales background and a proven ability to win business.
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset with the hunger to earn big commissions.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
About the Role

This is a true 360 role—you will be responsible for:

  • Finding your own jobs and clients across permanent white-collar, blue-collar, and trades roles.
  • Building client relationships and developing new business.
  • Sourcing, screening, and securing top candidates.
  • Negotiating terms, closing deals, and getting paid on every placement.
