We're searching for experienced 360 consultants who can drive their own success.
You will have:
- Recruitment experience (white-collar and/or trades).
- Strong sales background and a proven ability to win business.
- A competitive, results-driven mindset with the hunger to earn big commissions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
This is a true 360 role—you will be responsible for:
- Finding your own jobs and clients across permanent white-collar, blue-collar, and trades roles.
- Building client relationships and developing new business.
- Sourcing, screening, and securing top candidates.
- Negotiating terms, closing deals, and getting paid on every placement.
