POSITION DETAILS
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- Classification: Senior Management Remuneration Level 1 with a salary range of :$136,008 - $163,000; per annum + Superannuation
- Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
- Location: Head Office, Preston, VIC, however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered
ABOUT YOURNEW ROLE
The Manager IT Development and Support has operational accountability for a portfolio of software products.
This position assists the Senior Manager IT Applications to manage, operate, support and develop the organisation's business information systems. This includes the delivery of projects, initiatives, enhancements and the maintenance of existing systems. Those systems are primarily packaged vendor solutions configured for organisational needs, along with some custom developed solutions. The role also provides specialist subject matter expertise on software development lifecycle practices.
The Manager IT Development and Support is a member of the IT leadership team and is accountable to the Senior Manager IT Applications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Formal tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5 years experience developing software applications
- Experience delivering solutions in Microsoft Cloud based technologies
- Comfortable managing Agile teams using either Scrum or Kanban
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse team
- Proven ability to establish positive working relationships with people across all levels of the organisation
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
