Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our

administration office team in Balcatta. This role is perfect for someone who has some

bookkeeping experience and wants to increase their knowledge and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting support to Store Administrators, who are responsible for the overall bookkeeping of our stores
  • Manage supplier Accounts Payable Records
  • Accurately post data into our general ledgers
  • Take on further tasks over time

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bookkeeping role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
