Are you a seasoned operator with a passion for developing others? We're on the lookout for a qualified Mine Site Trainer to deliver high-impact training across key mobile equipment: Dozer, Grader, Loader, and Scraper. This long-term contract role is based in the South West of WA and offers stability, great conditions, and the chance to shape the next generation of mining professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical and theory-based training for Dozer, Grader, Loader, and Scraper operations
  • Conduct assessments and ensure competency in line with site and industry standards
  • Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate training records and support continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) - essential
  • Extensive experience operating and training on heavy mobile equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic site environment
