An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the catering department based at Stratheden Hospital. Main duties are maintaining a clean safe working environment for the delivery of the catering service, covering duties within the main kitchen as required, some basic food preparation and serving staff, patients and visitors in our dining room. An up to date Food Hygiene Certificate, and previous experience of working within a large scale catering environment would be an advantage. You should be willing to undertake a flexible working pattern to cover for annual leave / sickness if required. The post holder will be required to work within any of our catering departments around North East Fife. Excellent rate of pay, this post will involve weekend work, for which enhanced rates are paid, uniform and PPE supplied, access to workplace pension scheme, family friendly policy and generous annual leave entitlement 27 days on commencement plus 8 public holidays.
