Join us at a pivotal time as Manager, Treasury Control, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead treasury operations, optimise cash flow, and strengthen financial risk management during a period of significant transformation.

Reporting to the Treasury Controller, you'll deliver operational plans aligned with the treasury strategy, provide strategic insights on liquidity and funding, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help drive resilience and support a smooth transition through change.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models to optimise liquidity and working capital.
  • Deliver operational plans for treasury in alignment with the overall treasury strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency exposure, interest rates, and counterparty credit.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide treasury insights to support divestment strategy and transition planning.

About You

You are a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments. With deep expertise in treasury operations and risk management, you combine technical skill with strong leadership to deliver results that matter.

In addition, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CFA or CPA desirable.
  • 7–10 years' experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or financial risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead treasury teams and influence senior stakeholders through change.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
