About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Treasury & Risk Analyst to manage Qube's financial health while contributing to continuous improvement in processes and reporting. This role offers flexible hybrid work options and the chance to shape the Treasury & Risk function in our rapidly expanding organisation. You'll work in a hands-on, collaborative environment where accuracy and timeliness are valued.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Group liquidity and funding requirements across multiple programs
  • Execute foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs per treasury policy
  • Prepare monthly treasury Board reports and budget forecasts with variance analysis
  • Develop cash flow forecasts with key drivers and root cause analysis
  • Prepare hedge accounting documentation (AASB 9) and statutory accounts
  • Manage bank guarantee issuance and maintain efficient transactional banking structures
  • Ensure compliance with debt funding programs and financial covenants
  • Collaborate with business units on financial risk mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For

  • CPA or CA qualification
  • 5+ years similar experience in large multi-divisional companies
  • ASX corporate treasury or Big 4 audit background highly regarded
  • Experience executing hedging programs
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with sound business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
