Hotel Duty Manager – Eastern Suburbs (Sydney)

We are seeking self-motivated and experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step to join the team at our Eastern suburbs venue. Responsible for the management and operation of the Bars, Bistro, Accommodation, Bottle shop and Gaming during shift.

Responsible for "hands on" operations, you will "lead from the floor" and ensure the highest standards of customer service, whilst complying with company policies and NSW legislative requirements.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry
  • Excellent up-to-date F&B knowledge including cocktails
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, supervise and train a team and ensure they deliver an excellent customer
  • Proven Knowledge of cash handling and back of house operations
  • Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
  • Strong cellar operations knowledge
  • Able to work hospitality hours including days, nights and weekends
  • Sound computer competency skills
  • Current RSA, RCG & ARCG
