Digital Account Manager - Join a Growing Perth Digital Agency

Are you a digital marketer with at least three years of experience who thrives on managing great client relationships and driving real results?

We're a fast-growing Perth digital agency on the lookout for a talented and passionate Digital Account Manager to join our mission-driven team. We're looking for a driven professional who can work and grow with us, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You'll be doing:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients across a range of projects, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website development.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and keeping them informed.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth, on-schedule campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our in-house specialists to deliver excellent results for our clients.
  • Analyse campaign data to provide valuable insights and reports.
  • Recommend new strategies and improvements to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Lead client meetings to present progress and discuss future plans.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising.
  • Familiarity with website projects, particularly with WordPress.
  • Strong communication and people skills for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • An analytical mindset for interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in key tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
