Job Description

We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the delivery of key technology and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple departments. This role will ensure that employees and stakeholders are engaged, supported, and ready to adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.

• Conduct change impact assessments and document findings across business units.
• Analyse stakeholders and support the design of effective engagement approaches.
• Contribute to change planning, risk assessments, and readiness activities.
• Identify potential risks and resistance points, recommending strategies to address them.
• Assist with the creation of training, communications, and support materials.
• Monitor and report on adoption progress, providing insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst or similar role on technology-driven projects.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and tools (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Previous experience working in government or large enterprise environments is desirable.
• Background in information security or mobile technology projects will be highly regarded.
