Henley/Grange SA | $50/hr (commensurate with experience) +12% superannuation

Immediate start | 6-12 month-contract

Hours: Approx hours per week, 3-4 days per week (negotiable)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, long-term role for someone who loves establishing order and enjoys creating a calm, well-organised, smooth-running household.  The right person will be highly organised, proactive, discreet, and self-led – someone who can anticipate what needs to be done, take initiative, and make decisions with care and professionalism.

This is a part-time position offering flexible work arrangements and hours up to 30 hours per week, typically spread across business hours Monday to Friday.  The role will mostly be conducted from the family home, however also offers flexibility to work from home where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage the family calendar and schedule appointments (e.g. medical, school, activities).

·       Provide administrative support to busy parents.

·       Research and book family travel, restaurants, and events.

·       Handle mail and help with family record-keeping (including photos and documents).

·       Manage household bills and school/extracurricular fees.

·       Supervise home projects, repairs and maintenance.

·       Oversee and coordinate tradespeople, gardeners, and cleaners.

·       Run household errands such as post office, pharmacy and dry cleaning.

·       Assist with grocery/household shopping and basic meal planning and preparation.

·       Support with occasional school pick-ups and drop-offs.

·       Manage laundry and help keep the home tidy and organized (some light cleaning as required from time to time)

·       Coordinate spring cleaning and ensure recycling and donations are managed effectively.

What we're looking for

You might be a former nanny,  personal assistant, household manager, office or project manager or experienced in a similar role. You are someone who has:

·       Strong organizational time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

·       Confident communication and problem-solving skills

·       Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.

·       Comfortable working with teenagers.

·       Tech-savvy and confident using online tools for scheduling and bookings.

·       Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

·       Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

·       Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

·       Full working rights in Australia

·       Non-smoker
