Virtual Brands Australia (VBA) is a virtual brands leader, we are futureproofing hospitality under the vision that "the world doesn't need more kitchens, the kitchens just need more orders". As an Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for licencing the existing suite of VBA brands into existing restaurants and restaurant groups across Australia. VBA has secured the licence to manage the world-famous Mr Beast Burger brand in Australia. You will be a key player in introducing this exciting brand to the Australian market and making it a huge success.
Role Responsibilities:
· Reach out to potential restaurant partners to pitch and sell the MrBeast Burger concept along with the full suite of VBA brands
· Research and identify potential clients across your defined assigned territory
· Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and operators
· Develop creative sales strategies to persuade potential partners to join the VBA business, benefitting from being part of a truly national brand
· Successfully position VBA's suite of brands and value propositions to prospective clients
· Accelerate a highly organised sales cycle with expectations of closing opportunities - conduct calls/walk-ins with cold and warm leads
· Develop, execute and own the end-to-end sales process
· Maintain lead data hygene and accuracy of CRM
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful launch of VBA's suite of brands and MrBeast Burger to new venues in VIC
· Build and maintain strong 'Partner – VBA relationships providing excellent, world class service to VBA partners
· Maintain partner venues high performance (KPIs)
· Represent VBA and its values
Required Skills:
· A passion for food and good experience in dealing with and acquiring single site operators across any of our vertical approaches, to include, restaurants, pubs/bars, leisure and retail, understanding the importance of a strong pipeline approach and ideally have a network ready to tap into
· Demonstrated ability of hitting targets and overachieving in current or previous roles preferably in the food industry
· Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
· A passion for food and a desire to help bring a new brand to the Australian market - knowledge of the MrBeast brand is a bonus
· Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to negotiate, problem-solve and must understand the importance of fast paced decision making
· Ability to work independently and as part of a high growth team
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel
