What you'll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business with acquisition customers across Australia. Your primary focus will be to identify prospective organizations, engage decision-makers, and deliver tailored technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional Dell specialists and channel partners to influence IT transformation for new clients and accelerate their business impact.
You will:
- Execute outbound prospecting activities to engage new acquisition customers.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs, providing product and solution recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging phone, email, and web conferencing.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding targets for revenue and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure seamless onboarding.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales or account management, ideally in IT, technology, or related sectors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and the full sales cycle
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment
- Strong analytical mindset and results orientation
Desirable Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
