Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, client preferences, and competitor activities across our commercial, residential, and industrial development sectors.
  • Gather and analyse data on project demand, market pricing, investment opportunities, and customer demographics to support business growth and inform site acquisition and development strategies for upcoming projects.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives to promote the company's property development, construction management, and green energy projects, enhance client acquisition, and strengthen brand recognition.
  • Provide strategic advice to management on key marketing mix elements—including project positioning, pricing, promotional activities, advertising channels, and stakeholder engagement programs—to maximise visibility and sales performance.
  • Create, manage, and monitor both online and offline marketing content to build brand awareness, reinforce the company's professional reputation in property and renewable energy sectors, and maintain a consistent corporate identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management, engineering, sales, and building management teams to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that attract potential tenants, investors, and buyers, supporting overall project objectives.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports, data analyses, and strategic recommendations to guide management decisions and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new marketing channels, industry partnerships, and promotional opportunities to increase the company's market share and foster long-term client relationships in the property development and construction industry.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:

  • At least three years of relevant experience (highly preferable within the real estate agency or property development industry).
  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and campaign reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Copywriting skills for clear, engaging ads, emails, and presentations.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on execution and accountability.
