Join a dynamic, expanding business making waves in maritime sustainment.
Who we are

About the role
As Project Support Officer, you will support the planning and delivery of the Project Management team to the Department of Defence by tracking, reporting and updating project schedules and documentation as well ensuring timely and accurate progress reports to key stakeholders. The role is a central connection point to the smooth operation of NORSTA's administrative processes, including financial operations, engineering, supply and support services.

Specifically, the development of work packages for dissemination to Repair Authority during the planning phase, administer critical workflows during the production phase, and timely close out of assurance data within various Defence Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and PCS Workbook.
- Attend stakeholder meetings to provide a formal account of attendance, discussion, and actions with a focus on meeting minutes for planning, weekly production, close out and lessons learned.
- In consultation with teams, maintain relevant project documentation within the NORSTA and Defence record management systems. In addition, facilitate internal and external stakeholder access to information within the NORSTA and Defence record management systems.
- Support request for information from internal stakeholders for all stages of the project with a focus on providing accurate information to the finance team.
• Routine and timely updates to project registers, trackers, maintenance management system and PCS to ensure project status is accurately reflected for use by internal and external stakeholders.
