About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality project homes from pre-start through to handover in the Cairns region. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on managing projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will coordinate with trades, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and are delivered on time and to specification. Your expertise will ensure every home meets our high standards while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple project home builds in the Cairns area
  • Oversee site progress, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Liaise with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure all work complies with Queensland building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Provide clear communication and updates to clients throughout the project
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager specifically in project homes
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland residential construction standards and regulations
  • Deep understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator capable of managing clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Current driver's licence and White Card
