Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work from home options. As a Lending Associate focusing on expat clients for mortgage broking at Urbane Finance, you will assist clients through personalized lending solutions. Your responsibility includes customer service, communication, underwriting, and handling loans. This role requires ensuring a smooth process from application through settlement, while providing an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Underwriting and Finance
  • Knowledge of Loans and mortgage industry
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with expat clients is a plus
  • Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Business, or related field
