Available Position: Mortgage Broker

Position Overview:
KIN Finance is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. With a strong flow of leads and the support of an established brand, this role is perfect for someone ready to make an impact - whether you're just getting started or looking to elevate your career.

Responsibilities:


• Assess clients' financial positions and property goals


• Advise on home loans, refinancing, and investment finance


• Source and negotiate tailored mortgage solutions


• Manage applications from submission through to settlement


• Guide clients through financial products and paperwork


• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation


• Build lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and partners


• Stay informed on lending policies and market trends

Qualifications:


• Experience in finance, lending, or recent completion of Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma


• Strong communication and client service skills


• Detail-orientated, proactive, and goal-driven


• Confident with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Multilingual skills (Mandarin preferred) highly regarded


• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership preferred (support available)
