We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join our growing team and help our clients achieve their property and finance goals.

The Role:

As a key member of our finance team, you will:

  • Consult with our accounting firm clients to understand their financial and borrowing needs.
  • Provide tailored lending solutions across residential, investment, SMSF, commercial and asset finance.
  • Manage the entire lending process—from client interviews and loan applications to settlement—while ensuring compliance and responsible lending standards.
  • Work closely with our accountants and advisors to align lending strategies with broader financial plans.
  • Build long-term relationships through post-settlement reviews and proactively identify refinancing and new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

You are a professional mortgage broker with:

  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a mortgage broker or lender.
  • Current MFAA or FBAA membership and lender accreditations.
  • Strong knowledge of credit policy, servicing calculators, and loan structuring.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, and bank platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
