At Green Energy Technologies, we don't just install solar—we build futures. As Queensland's #1 regional solar installer, we have up to 50 apprentices across North QLD at any one time—and we need a leader to keep them progressing, motivated, and on track.

Your Mission:

Drive apprenticeship outcomes. Be the go-to support across TAFE, Exemplar, and our in-house systems. Manage face-to-face check-ins, online reporting, and milestone tracking. Guide apprentices from day one to qualified trades, building confidence, consistency, and capability along the way.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinating up to 50 apprentices across multiple trades and regions

  • Monitoring training outcomes (TAFE & Exemplar) and maintaining enrolment compliance

  • Leading check-ins, skills assessments, and mentoring progress

  • Supporting team leaders with apprentice performance updates

  • Keeping the energy up and the vision clear—every step of the way

  • Experienced in either trade, vocational education, or training coordination
