We're looking for someone who's driven, independent, and ready to help deliver great results for our current clients while helping us grow.

About the Role

You'll be working directly with me managing and improving client ad accounts across Google and Meta, reporting on performance, optimising results, and supporting ongoing SEO improvements. You'll also play a part in helping us attract new clients and grow the Ramp Up brand.

This role is ideal for someone freelancing, studying marketing, or wanting flexible, meaningful work in a supportive and low-ego environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting up, optimising, and managing
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads
    campaigns
  • Reporting on results and finding ways to improve performance
  • Implementing
    SEO improvements
    — on-page, technical, and local
  • Helping with client insights, website edits, and keyword strategies
  • Supporting lead generation and marketing activity for Ramp Up Digital

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Good understanding of SEO (you don't need to be an expert, just confident and curious)
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio
  • Proactive, reliable, and easy to work with
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine care for delivering good work
