We believe in complete transparency - we pay Annual  Salary + Super + $1500 CPD Point allowance + Yearly Promotions + Yearly bonus + 4 Weeks Annual Leave + Sick Leave + Employee of the month bonus

About the Role:

  • Make positive and distinct changes to the lives of others by developing and maintaining relationships

  • Provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions

  • Develop Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans

  • Provide support and training to colleagues, caregivers support workers on clinical techniques

  • Partner with varying professionals including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to develop and implement individualised client goals and checklists

  • Adhere to legislative requirements regarding timely and accurate report writing and documentation

About You:

  • You've got a degree in psychology, social work, counselling, education, or something similar
  • You've worked (or volunteered) with people with disabilities, mental health support needs, or kids with big feelings

  • NDIS Commission registration (or willingness to get it, we'll help)

  • WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Driver's licence

  • Monday to Friday
