Sydney, New South Wales, Australia The Behaviour and Wellbeing Clinic Full time $75,000 - $80,000 per year

The Behaviour & Wellbeing Clinic is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for a new graduate or early-career clinician eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental delays, and psychosocial disability. With structured supervision and mentoring, you will gradually build your confidence in conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and creating individualised therapy plans that promote communication, participation, and independence.

Our clinic values person-centred, strengths-based practice and a team approach to care. You will collaborate with families, carers, teachers, and support workers, while also working closely alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, and behaviour support practitioners. This will provide you with exposure to complex cases, as well as opportunities to learn from a diverse group of experienced professionals.

We understand that transitioning from study into practice can feel overwhelming, which is why we provide weekly supervision, professional development funding, and a structured graduate pathway. You will be supported in achieving your career goals while contributing to innovative therapy and wellbeing projects.

This is a unique chance to be part of a welcoming, forward-thinking team that prioritises professional growth and positive client outcomes. If you are passionate about helping individuals find their voice and develop lifelong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
