We're Hiring: Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Sydney)

Work from home | Supportive, values-driven team | Neuro-affirming practice

Impact Family Services is growing We're looking for a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with 2+ years' experience to join our friendly and multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

As a Senior BSP, you'll:

  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans
  • Provide BSP therapy and conduct functional assessments
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise junior team members
  • Lead quality assurance and contribute to best practice
  • Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support

We'd love to hear from you if you're:

  • NDIS-registered (Proficient or Advanced) behaviour support practitioner – must provide registration number
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in behaviour support
  • Are confident in supervising and supporting other practitioners
  • Hold qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
