We're Hiring: Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Sydney - Contract)

Impact Family Services is growing We're looking for a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with 2+ years' experience to join our friendly and multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

As a Senior BSP, you'll:

Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans

Provide BSP therapy and conduct functional assessments

Coach, mentor, and supervise junior team members

Lead quality assurance and contribute to best practice

Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Are NDIS-registered (Proficient or Advanced) behaviour support practitioner

Have at least 2 years of experience in behaviour support

Are confident in supervising and supporting other practitioners

Hold qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field.

Also hiring: Occupational Therapist and Psychologist
