Qualifications

We're seeking a motivated and capable Team Leader who can inspire and guide our crews while maintaining high standards in landscaping and grounds care.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' industry experience
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • A professional and positive approach with clients and colleagues
  • Valid Driver's Licence, OHS White Card, and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check & Police Check before starting

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Perform Landscaping services to a number of sites including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, hedge / tree trimming, weed control
  • Supervision of staff
  • Daily site reports
  • Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorised waste transfer station
