The Technician Team Leader is responsible for strengthening Hilti's customer relationships and to improving our market position by delivering outstanding repair and After Market Services that exceed customer needs and outperforms our competitors in quality, service level and value.

What does the role involve?
- Leading and developing a high performing team of Technicians
- Enhancing Hilti's operational effectiveness by analyzing organizational structures, systems, and procedures within the After Market Services (AMS) division.
- Identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction, team performance, and service quality.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Facilitating change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting technical and procedural innovations across AMS
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

What You Need Is
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Managing and coaching experience with a team of 6+ members
- Proven track record of achieving targets, KPI's & tight deadlines
- Exemplary time management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving a safe work culture
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to collaborate and have strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across functions and levels
- Demonstrated experience in managing dynamic operations and process changes
- Exposure to LEAN process systems would be advantageous
- Can effectively explain and communicate targets to team members, translate KPI's and link back to business
