You've seen the headlines. You've heard the hype.

The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we're preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience, and plans to grow to 700 stores, we're building strong teams now to lead the change.

Seven Hills is part of that journey, and we're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help drive it forward.

  • Take a hands-on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards

  • Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying and the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade

  • Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation

  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment

  • Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence

What you bring:

  • A passion for retail and people, with a drive to grow your leadership skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork and store operations

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team culture

What we offer:

  • Team Member discount for you and your immediate family

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering free, confidential support

  • Be part of a supportive, inclusive and fun culture where your wellbeing matters

  • Career progression into Assistant Store Manager and beyond, with structured development and leadership pathways

  • Opportunities to grow as we transform—be part of new store conversions, refreshed customer experiences, and a national expansion to 700 stores

  • A chance to build your leadership career in a business that's investing in its people and future
