Current Opportunities (Full-Time & Part-Time):

• Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef – Play a key role in our kitchen, working alongside our Head Chef to deliver fresh, exciting pub classics with a twist. Ideal for an experienced sous chef or a junior sous ready to step up.

• CDP (Chef de Partie) – Take ownership of your section, maintain consistency, and work within a creative, high-quality menu while building your skills in a supportive kitchen.

• Night Manager – Keep the good vibes flowing after dark, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.

• Venue 2IC – Support the Venue Manager in running a successful, dynamic venue. Previous hotel management experience is preferred for this leadership role.
